The first step is to contact us using the form below, where we can explore together what exactly you and your watch require.

From there, we can arrange a visit to our workshop to drop off your watch, or post it to us at the address provided, where we will then inspect your watch further to confirm the original estimate.

Once work has been completed, you will receive an invoice for payment, and then your beloved timepiece will be ready for collectin/sending back to you.

We aim to have basic repairs such as battery replacements and bracelet shortenings completed within seven working days. Watch servicing can vary from 4-10 weeks, depending on brand and type of movement.

Guarantees are available for our repairs but do vary depending on the work carried out. For example, a battery replacement is guaranteed for 3 months, whereas a full watch service is covered for 12 months.

Please note: For basic battery replacements, water resistance is not guaranteed. Should you wish your watch to be pressure tested, this is available at an additional cost & extended timeframe.
